Level-10 (Rs.56100-Rs. 177500) of Pay Matrix under 7th CPC (Pre-revised GP Rs.5400/- under PB-3 of Rs.15600- Rs.39100).

Duration

This post is permanent in nature and classified as General Central Service, Group ‘A’, Gazetted.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • To promote harmonious industrial relations and labour management coordination to prevent disputes.

  • Ensure statutory obligations regarding the condition of Employment and Service.

  • Promotion measures for increase in production and efficiency in establishment and redress grievances of Industrial and Non-Industrial Workers.

Essential Qualifications

  • Degree of a recognized University or equivalent.

  • Degree in Law or Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Social Work/Labour Welfare Laws/Industrial Relations/Personnel Management of a recognized University/Institution or equivalent.

  • Three years experience in a responsible capacity in handling/dealing with Labour Problems in a Government Establishment or Industry or Trade Union Organization

Age Limit

Not exceeding 35 years as of the closing date. Relaxable for regularly appointed Central/U.T. Government Servants for upto five years as per instructions/orders issued by Govt. of India from time to time.
