Sudha is an accomplished legal professional with over two decades of experience as a strategic business enabler in leading progressively challenging assignments that require demonstration of integrity, courage, perseverance and creative problem solving.

She is a specialist Employment, IP, Regulatory and Corporate Commercial lawyer with varied work experience in assisting large Indian and Multinational Organizations, operating in the Telecom, Information Technology and Retail sector and handling complex issues that operate on the intersection of law and policy and impact business certainty and continuity.

Sudha currently heads the legal, compliance and secretarial function at Nvidia Graphics Pvt Ltd, a leading technology company and is also part of its India Management team, being an Executive Director in the Nvidia Board. She supports the business teams in the Indian subcontinent, ANZ. Thailand and SIngapore for all legal issues ranging from IP, regulatory, compliance, policy, corporate, commercial and disputes.
