About Internship Opportunity
Xceedance is looking for a 4th year/Final year intern who can join immediately.
Mode of Work
Physical in the Gurgaon office.
Role and Responsibilities
The intern will assist the Legal and Compliance team in their day-to-day activities.
This will include working on the review of the commercial agreements as well as assisting the team in the implementation of the contract management software.
Intern will work closely with the core legal team but will be expected to work independently with minimal supervision.
We expect high level diligence and discipline from the Interns.
Eligibility
Law graduates, law students who are at least in their 4th year (if in the 5-year integrated law degree course) and 2nd year (if in the 3-year law degree course).
Stipend
Stipend will be provided to the interns by the Company.
Duration
Minimum period of 4 weeks, and ideally for 2 months.
Start Date
Immediate basis. Preferably from June 20, 2022.
