Principal Responsibilities
Work on periodic reporting on key initiatives and activities of team
Maintaining and managing trackers related to legal function processes
Support and handle a variety of ad hoc projects within the team
Compilation of data of legal team
Develop consistency across reports
Prepare and publish dashboards
Record Management
Collaborate with Cross functional teams
Improve data collection process for monthly reporting
Preparing team presentations
Work on delivering automation solutions using VBA, access and excel
Daily tracking of regulatory changes and important developments
Assist with functional budgeting and optimizing workflows within the legal department
Identify and implement legal department tools to streamline new or existing practices
Develop and monitor the contract lifecycle management process
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Any graduate with minimum work experience of 4-8 years working in a corporate environment
Graduates pursuing CS/ CA/ Law as an ancillary course can also apply
Relevant experience in profile of handling administrative work such as maintaining dashboards, reports, trackers etc. in services industry/ law firms (preferred)
High competence in using MS Excel (including functionalities like V-Look Up, H-Look Up, Pivot, Conditional Formatting etc.), MS PowerPoint, MS Access and MS Word
Experience in using Tableau – Preferrable
Demonstrated ability to independently move projects forward by gaining the support needed from others while working in a cross-functional role
Strong experience in developing, implementing, and using legal department technology solutions
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Excellent typing skills and accuracy
Strong attention to detail and having a structured approach
Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work and solve problems independently and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organization and processing skills
Self-motivated, and comfortable working with large amounts of data
Good interpersonal skills, ability to flex to various styles.
