Job Description:
The role of Junior Counsel–Litigation is to assist the Counsel-Litigation. This will also include single-handedly managing litigations, arbitrations, etc. Management of litigation would include initiation of or defending legal proceedings, devising strategies for time-bound and cost-effective solutions, coordinating with advocates, drafting etc. The role would also require liaisoning with the relevant stakeholders, vendors etc. The Junior Counsel-Litigation would also be responsible for record keeping/maintenance and MIS management.
