An ideal candidate is someone with 5+ years of strong experience in:
Criminal Law, Criminal Litigation, Criminal Cases, Criminal Matters along with Law Enforcement experience.
Litigation Experience is a must – You will be responsible for Handing and managing the entire litigation portfolio at a PAN India level, that is consumer disputes, general litigation, IPR litigation, labour law disputes, regulatory litigation, etc.
The candidate should have experience in drafting notice and pleadings and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Law Enforcement – Handling statutory notices received by the organization and liaisoning with statutory bodies, regulators, government departments and law enforcement departments across India.
Personal Appearances – Appearing and deposing before courts, statutory authorities, regulatory bodies and other legal forums across India in respect of legal cases filed by or against the organization, summon witness cases, etc.
The candidate should have experience working in law firms (Tier 2, Tier 3 or Tier 4 law firms) and preferably a LLB graduate from Premium Universities.
