Tamil Nadu National Law University, formerly Tamil Nadu National Law School, is a National Law University. Admissions to the university are done on the basis of the Common Law Admission Test.The college was founded in the year 2012 under legal education by the Tamil Nadu National Law School Act, 2012.

An undergraduate degree in law from a recognized university. Post-graduation in law is preferred, but not mandatory. (For applying for the Legal Centre for History of South India, an Undergraduate or Post-graduation in History will be given preference).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Demonstrable ability in high-level academic research and writing. Publication in
high-impact peer-reviewed journals is preferred.
Experience in or exposure to interdisciplinary methods and field research will be positively viewed.
Excellent project management skills: organization, planning and attention to detail.
The candidate must demonstrate a high degree of perseverance as well as a drive to improve the academic and research culture at TNNLU.
The appointment is of contractual nature for the TNNLU Research Centers viz. Legal Centre for Women’s Welfare, Legal Centre for History of South India and Legal Centre for Investment Laws.
Rs. 20,000/- per month.
